Brooke Simmons has extensive experience in customer success and consulting roles. Brooke is currently the VP of Customer Success at Rattle, where they started in June 2023. Prior to this, they were an Advisor at Syncly AI starting in March 2023. Brooke also founded and served as the CEO of Brooke Simmons Consulting, helping early-stage companies build and grow sustainable customer success programs.
