James Larusch

James LaRusch serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Corporate Counsel at Raul V. Bravo + Associates, Inc. James previously held the position of Chief Counsel and VP-Corporate Affairs at American Public Transportation Association. Prior to that, James worked as an Attorney Advisor at the Federal Transit Administration. James holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Georgetown University Law Center and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from The Judge Advocate General's School.
