Leoni Maass

Leoni Maass has worked in the Human Resources field since 2011. Leoni began their career as a Merchandise Manager and Onlineshop Manager for Kauf Dich Glücklich - Dahmen & Munier OHG in 2011. In 2016, they moved to Kauf Dich Glücklich GmbH as an HR-Manager. In 2021, Leoni Maass became People Operations Manager at nebenan.de, and in 2022 they were promoted to People & Talent Manager at Raus.

Leoni Maass began their educational journey in 2007 when they attended Mode- und Textilmanagement JAK. In 2017, they continued their studies at bbw Hochschule, where they earned their degree in Personalreferent. In 2021, they furthered their education at bta - business trends academy, Berlin, where they completed a Weiterbildung in NLP, Coaching, BGM, Arbeitsrecht, and Recruiting.
