Kyle Jones

Kyle Jones is a seasoned professional in the construction and development sector with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Development Manager at Rausch Coleman Homes since January 2023, Kyle previously held the Development Manager role at Summit Homes from November 2011 to October 2022, where responsibilities included collaborating on community concept plans and establishing project budgets. Earlier positions included Regional Director of Construction overseeing a team of Project Managers, Production Manager focused on single-family home production, and Construction Manager managing on-site project activities. Prior to Summit Homes, Kyle was General Manager at MarKirk Construction, Inc., coordinating quality residential projects, and held roles in trust operations and self-funded insurance. Kyle holds a Master’s of Business Administration in Finance from Rockhurst University, a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Washburn University, and an Associate of Arts from Penn Valley Community College.
