Kyle Kirkland

Kyle Kirkland currently serves as the Vice President of Land for the DFW region at Rausch Coleman Homes, a position held since February 2024. Prior to this role, Kyle was the Director of Land Development at Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC from February 2022 to February 2024, and the Area Development and Acquisition Manager at Academy Development Inc. from November 2018 to January 2022. Kyle's earlier experience includes roles as Land & Forward Planning Analyst and Project Manager at Toll Brothers, where involvement included projects such as Walsh and Westworth Falls in Fort Worth, TX, along with serving as Assistant Project Manager for Phillips Creek Ranch in Frisco, TX. Kyle holds a Master’s degree in Land and Property Development and a Bachelor’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning, both from Texas A&M University, and has internship experience with the City of Burleson.
