Gene Neves

Gene Neves has been a New Home Sales Professional at Rausch Coleman Homes since November 2019. Prior to this role, Gene served as Store/Sales Manager at Louis Shanks of Texas from March 2002 to November 2010, where responsibilities included sales management and training of a team exceeding 25 staff, contributing to annual sales of over 22 million. Gene holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Texas Tech University, completed from 1991 to 1994, and has a background in the U.S. Air Force from 1986 to 1990. Gene graduated from Odessa Permian High School with a diploma in 1983, having participated in cross country and track.
