Kevin Pape

Kevin Pape is an experienced real estate and land development professional currently serving as the Vice President of Land at Rausch Coleman Homes since May 2023. Previous roles include Vice President of Land Development and Director of Land Development at Lennar, and a Land Development Project Manager at DR Horton, where responsibilities involved feasibility, due diligence, and team selection for land acquisition. Kevin has also held leadership positions in multifamily residential development as Vice President at The Finger Companies, Colonial Properties Trust, and Gables Residential. Earlier career experience includes roles in real estate management and sales.
