Sam Mizrahi

Sam Mizrahi has extensive experience in the development and construction industry. Sam founded Mizrahi Design Build in 2006, specializing in high-end sub-contracting. The company focuses on building projects ranging from single dwellings to mid to high-rise mixed-use buildings, commercial properties, and luxury condos. In 2008, Sam Mizrahi founded Mizrahi Developments, known for its old-world craftsmanship and attention to detail. The company undertakes various projects, including custom-designed private homes, mid-rise boutique buildings, and high-rise towers. One notable project is The One, a mixed-use high-rise in Toronto that will be the tallest residential tower in Canada. Additionally, Mizrahi Developments has launched projects like 1451 Wellington West in Ottawa and 128 Hazelton in Toronto. Apart from their real estate ventures, Sam Mizrahi co-founded Rauva in 2022, where they serve as the Chairman. Sam also founded Northern Citadel Bancorp in 2009, a mortgage brokerage firm and administrator of mortgages. In 1992, Sam launched Dove Cleaners in Los Angeles, targeting the luxury dry-cleaning market. Before venturing into real estate, they founded Unimax in 1987, a company that sold and imported batteries and blank audio and video cassette tapes.

Sam Mizrahi holds a FAA and Transport Canada Multi-Engine Instrument Pilot's License with jet-type Rating. Additionally, they have obtained a High School Diploma. Furthermore, they are licensed as a Mortgage Agent (AMP) and Administrator under FSCO and CAAMP.
