Laia Figuerola Guiot

Laia Figuerola Guiot has worked in various roles and companies over the years. In 2014, they completed an internship at GVC Gaesco. In 2015, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at GVC Gaesco for a brief period. From 2016 to 2017, they worked at IISPV as a Project Manager. In 2017, they began their tenure at Ravago, where they held multiple positions, including Quality, HHRR, Back-up Plant Order Handling, and Raw Material Purchasing. Laia also served as a Project Lead for RavApps Manufacturing. In 2023, they joined Ravago Manufacturing Europe as the Blue Manufacturing Implementation Lead.

Laia Figuerola Guiot has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Universitat Rovira i Virgili, which they obtained from 2011 to 2015. Laia then pursued an Erasmus Programme at NEOMA Business School in 2014. In 2015, they attended HEC Liège and completed a Master's degree in Management Sciences with a specialization in Change Management from 2015 to 2016. Most recently, from 2019 to 2020, they attended INESEM Business School and obtained a Master's degree in Corporate Social Responsibility.
