Maarten has held positions at reputable companies such as Wasco, Ravago, wehkamp, LEGO Group, LEGO System A/S, Philips Consumer Lifestyle, and Price Waterhouse Management Consultants. Their most recent roles include being the Non Executive Director at Wasco and Head of Value Chain Innovation and Transformation at Ravago. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Operations Officer at wehkamp. Maarten has also held important positions at LEGO Group, LEGO System A/S, Philips Consumer Lifestyle, and Canon Europe Ltd. Throughout their career, Maarten has focused on driving innovation in operations and supply chain management, developing lean execution strategies, and managing global teams. Maarten has extensive experience in digital operations transformation, sales and operations planning, operating model development, and program management. Maarten has a strong background in academia, having lectured at the University of the West Indies. Maarten Tibosch has a master's degree in Culture, Organization and Management from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) which they obtained from 1990 to 1993. Prior to this, they earned a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Fontys University of Applied Sciences from 1985 to 1990. In addition to these formal degrees, they have also completed various professional development programs at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, APICS, Harvard Business School, IMD, and The Wharton School.
