Melissa van Dine

Melissa Van Dine, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Melissa is currently an Official Member of Forbes Human Resources Council since September 2020. Prior to this, Melissa held the position of Vice President of HR, People & Culture at Ravago starting from January 2019. From January 2011 to December 2018, they served as the Corporate Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Kessler Collection. Melissa also worked as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Resort Operations & Guest Experiences at Celebrity Resorts from December 2003 to January 2010. Before that, they were the Senior Director of Human Resources & Training at Leisure Industries from May 2002 to December 2003. Melissa's career in HR began in January 1998 at Station Casinos, where they worked as the Manager of Training & Organizational Development at Green Valley Ranch Resort & Spa until May 2002.

Melissa Van Dine, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from the University of South Florida. Melissa also attended Edgren High School in Misawa AFB, Japan, and Wagner High School in Clark AFB, Philippines. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in KF Styles and Climate Blended from Korn Ferry and Hogan Assessment Certification from Hogan Assessments. Melissa is also a Certified DiSC Facilitator.
