Kushal Patel has extensive experience in the manufacturing and engineering sectors, with a focus on non-destructive testing and quality assurance. Since October 2012, Kushal has served as the Responsible Level 3 at Rave Gears, overseeing NDT processes, wire EDM operations, and leading inspection efforts. Prior to this, from October 2012 to December 2017, Kushal excelled as a 2nd Shift Supervisor, ensuring high-quality production and effective management of CNC operators. Earlier experience includes a role as a Front Desk Clerk at Day's Inn Southeast, part of a family business, and assembly work at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Texas, contributing to truck production. Kushal holds a degree in Manufacturing and Mechanical Engineering Technology from Texas A&M University, obtained in 2009.
