Aaron Archuleta

Aaron Archuleta is the current Director of Operations for Pie Five at RAVE Restaurant Group. Aaron has previous experience as a General Manager for Project Pie and Krayvings, and also served as the Regional Director of Operations for Pei Wei from July 2015 to November 2019. Prior to that, they were a Kitchen Manager for Pei Wei from March 2007 to September 2014.

Aaron Archuleta is a student at Central New Mexico Community College studying Culinary Arts/Chef Training.

Their manager is Mike Burns, Chief Operations Officer. Aaron Archuleta works with and Justin Smith - Senior Director of Operations, Pizza Inn.
