Florian Mehats

Florian Mehats has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Florian began their career as a Ph.D. student in applied mathematics at CMAP Ecole Polytechnique from September 1994 to December 1997. After completing their Ph.D., they joined DGA - Direction générale de l'armement as an engineer in cryptography from January 1998 to August 1999. Following this, they worked as an Assistant Professor of Mathematics at the University Paul Sabatier in Toulouse, France, from September 1999 to August 2005. Florian then moved on to become a Professor of Applied Mathematics at the Université de Rennes 1 from September 2005 to September 2021. Currently, Florian Mehats is a Research Associate at Ravel Technologies, starting in October 2021.

Florian Mehats attended École Polytechnique from 1990 to 1993 but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study during this time. Florian then pursued further education at Pierre and Marie Curie University from 1993 to 1994, where they obtained a Dea degree in Analyse numérique.
