Jay Seletz has extensive experience in software development and technical leadership. Jay has held roles such as Lead DevOps Engineer at Rave Mobile Safety, Technical Lead at SilverRail, Technical Lead at naviHealth, Sr. Consulting Software Engineer, Sr. Director of Engineering, Director of Engineering, and Principal Software Engineer at Percussion Software. Jay has also worked as a Technical Specialist/Senior Software Engineer at Sapient Corporation and as a Product Architect at Percussion Software. Their responsibilities have included managing development teams, implementing agile methodologies, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products.

Jay Seletz graduated from Carnegie Mellon University in 1984 with a focus on Mechanical and Civil Engineering. Jay then went on to Brandeis University, where they completed their B.A. in Anthropology and Music in 1987.
