We are seeking a distinguished Training Instructor, where you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of warfighters. As a key facilitator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality comprehensive training programs. This role demands a deep understanding of leadership principles and a commitment to instilling core values.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, resource, and conduct realistic training sessions, covering a range of subjects to include but not limited to vehicle mobility, weapons proficiency, tactical training, and leadership.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Training to create and update training materials, ensuring relevance and alignment with our standards.
  • Create and/or review course POIs to provide a solid foundation for training methodology.
  • Organize and oversee practical exercises, simulations, and field training exercises to reinforce theoretical concepts and enhance practical skills.
  • Provide personalized guidance and mentorship to trainee progress, identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Implement assessment tools to measure trainee progress, identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance with established standards and training goals.
  • Stay abreast of evolving TTPs, strategies, technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance training program effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and performance evaluations. Assist in administrative tasks related to training logistics.
  • Work within contract requirements to deliver quality services in coordination with government/client requirements.
  • Provide supervision and guidance to training cadre as applicable.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 20 years of active-duty military experience, obtaining the rank of E-8 or above, with a strong understanding of military protocols and procedures (preferred).
  • Two years as a staff officer, NCO, or civilian equivalent, supporting a company sized element or above.
  • Proven leadership experience with ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor trainees and fellow cadre.
  • Possession of recognized military instructor certifications.
  • Experience conducting interviews.
  • Experience in Risk Mitigation and completing Risk Assessments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Comfortable working in dynamic environments.
