Carole Stanford

Carole Stanford has been working at Raven Housing Trust since September 2011 as a Customer Service Team Leader. Additionally, Carole also has experience as a Security Manager at Gatwick Airport from February 2008 to September 2011. Carole is a dedicated and enthusiastic professional with a proven track record of handling inbound/outbound calls within a contact centre environment. Carole was recognized as a finalist for the UK National Contact Centre Awards in 2015 as a Team Manager, achieving a highly commended fourth position.
