Phil Corio

Phil Corio has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Phil started their career as a Digital Imaging Specialist at Color Magic Printing in 1992. Phil then joined Colourscan as a Systems Administrator and worked there until 2005. Phil went on to work at AGI Media as a Production Director, leading teams in the production and global distribution of printed packaging and marketing materials for major Hollywood studios.

In 2007, Phil became the Chief Technology Officer at ZOO Digital Group plc, where they provided leadership and product direction for software products and managed IT departments. Phil also worked as the Vice President of Services at IO Integration, leading their Services division and driving efficiencies and profitability.

Phil has also held positions at Amazon, where they served as a Senior Technical Program Manager responsible for enabling development teams to adopt AWS products and services, and at Shutterfly, Inc. as the Vice President of Enterprise Technology.

In 2014, Phil founded Wactek, LLC, where they provided consulting services for cloud strategy, solutions architecture, program management, and more specifically in the media and entertainment industry.

In 2019, Phil joined Smart Ag as the Vice President of Product Engineering and later transitioned to Raven Industries as the Senior Director of Engineering.

Phil Corio has a diverse education history, starting with their high school education at Belleville Senior High School from 1982 to 1985. Phil studied Graphic Arts, Printing, and Communications during this time.

After high school, Phil pursued several certificate programs to enhance their skills. In 1988, they completed a Certificate Program in Advanced Drum Scanning at DuPont/Crosfield. The following year, they attended Hell/Heidelberg, where they obtained a Certificate in Additive and Subtractive Color Theory.

In 1992, Phil enrolled in a Certificate Program at Scitex, focusing on Digital Image Editing - Retouching and Page Composition.

More recently, in 2016, Phil attended a Solutions Architecture program at Amazon Web Services (AWS). Although no degree was specified, they gained knowledge in this field.

Additionally, Phil has obtained various certifications throughout their career. In 2016, they became an AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate, showcasing their expertise in AWS. In 2018, they earned the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification. Phil also completed Workfront partner product training, although the specific month and year are not provided.
