Paul Shepherd

Paul Shepherd is an experienced professional in the gaming and toy industries, currently serving as the Trading Card Game Manager for Ravensburger in Japan since October 2024. Prior to this role, Paul held the position of Senior Director of Business Development at Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. from July 2014 to September 2024. Paul's career includes significant experience at SEGA as Deputy General Manager for Boys Toys and Department Manager of the Edutainment Department, as well as a Senior Director role at LeapFrog overseeing Asia operations. Paul also worked as Director for Asia Pacific & Latin America at Wizards of the Coast and gained early experience in sales and consulting with roles at Ply-Tac Materials, Clarke Consulting Group, the Arizona State Department of Commerce, and Toyota Motor Corporation, where Paul managed an international training program. Educational credentials include a Master's Degree in International Management and Marketing from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Pomona College.
