Amie Tauamiti

Amie Tauamiti is an experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Ravensdown since August 2023. Previously, Amie held the role of APAC Training and Development Manager at FNZ Group from September 2018 to September 2023, overseeing talent management initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region. Prior roles at FNZ Group included Organisational Development Manager, where Amie facilitated the integration of people functions following acquisitions, and Human Resources Manager, partnering with the business to develop strategic people and culture plans. Further experience includes serving as a People and Culture Business Partner at Beca, HR Business Partner at Pamu, and Human Resource Advisor roles at Hutt Valley DHB and Nurse Maude. Amie holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Management (First Class Honours) and a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Development from the University of Canterbury.
