William Eger

William Eger, EdD, serves as the Assistant Superintendent of Finance, Operations, Data, and Technology and Chief Business Officer for Ravenswood City School District since July 2020. Eger is also a Lecturer at Stanford University from February 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Strategic Initiatives and Strategic Projects Coordinator at Boston Public Schools from August 2016 to July 2020, as well as Senior Associate in the Education Practice at EY-Parthenon from September 2014 to August 2016. Eger began their career as a Geometry/Algebra Teacher at Freire Charter Schools from June 2012 to August 2014 and served as a Corps Member with City Year from August 2007 to August 2008. Educational qualifications include a Mid-Career Doctoral Program in Educational Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania, a Master of Education from The Broad Residency in Urban Education, a Masters in Education from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Harvard University.
