Robert DeGaine III has over 20 years of experience in program and project management, operations, and testing and evaluation with the US Army and Addx Corporation. Robert has played various roles, such as Senior Program Manager, International Program Manager, Assistant Program Manager, Operations Officer, and Project Manager. Robert DeGaine III, PMP, PMI-ACP, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from SUNY Brockport in 2000. Robert then went on to complete the Field Artillery Officer Basic Course in 2001 and the Field Artillery Captains Career Course in 2005, both resulting in Professional Certificates in Military Field Artillery Tactics. In 2006, they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Program Management from Capella University, which they completed in 2009. Robert continued their education with the Acquisitions Officer Basic Course in 2010, earning a Professional Certificate in Purchasing, Procurement/Acquisitions and Contracts Management/Project Management. In 2013, they earned a Professional Certificate in Military and Strategic Leadership from the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner, Program Management Professional (PMP), and various certifications from the Defense Acquisition University and Defense Security Cooperation Agency. Robert also holds a Top Secret - Sensitive Compartmented Information Security Clearance (TS/SCI).
