Dharmendra Jha

Dharmendra Jha has over two decades of experience in operations and production management within the cable manufacturing industry. Currently serving as Assistant to the Vice President Operations at Ravin Group since October 2020, Dharmendra has held various leadership roles including General Manager Operations and Assistant General Manager Operations. Prior to this, Dharmendra was the Assistant General Manager (Production) at Apar Industries Limited until October 2020, a position left due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Dharmendra's earlier career at Ravin Cables Ltd from May 2005 to February 2020 included roles such as AGM Production, Senior Manager, Manager Production, and Assistant Manager Production. Dharmendra began in the industry as a Production Supervisor at Skytone Cable from April 1994 to July 1996. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Govt. Polytechnic Dhanbad and matriculation from Zila School Dhanbad.
