Evan Martin

Evan Martin has a wealth of work experience, having founded multiple companies and served as a principal software engineer. In 2022, they founded Ravio, a company that helps companies figure out how much to pay their teams in salary, equity and benefits. In 2020, they co-founded the Healthcare Workers' Foundation, a charity that supports NHS workers across the UK, and Genie Delivery, a digital convenience store with a vertically integrated, hyper-local fulfillment model. In 2021, Genie Delivery was acquired by Dija. Also in 2020, they co-founded stopthespread.info, a non-profit initiative that filled the gap in access to reliable, simple information about COVID-19 in the early stages of the pandemic. In 2017, they co-founded Catalyst AI, a company that brings the latest in machine learning and data science methods to industry. Finally, in 2014, they co-founded Ventoura, a travel experiences marketplace and social travel app.

Evan Martin attended Monash University from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science.
