Paul Tarr

Paul Tarr currently serves as Vice President of Engineering at Ravio, a position held since October 2025. Previously, Paul was an Engineering Leader at Kernel from April to June 2025 and held a fractional VP Engineering role at Wearetarr, where the focus was on advising a start-up on engineering best practices and platform architecture. As Director of Engineering at Deel from January 2022 to September 2023, Paul led the FinTech engineering team during significant growth, scaling the team from 30 to 350 members and contributing to the company's rise in valuation to approximately $12 billion. Prior experience includes Head of Technology at YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP, overseeing the delivery and support of The Outnet, and serving as Principal Developer, focusing on technical innovation and incident resolution. Education was completed at Saint Olaves Grammar School.
