Paul Tarr

Paul Tarr is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and technical management across various industries. Currently serving as the VP of Engineering at Ravio since October 2025, Paul has previously held significant roles including Engineering Leader at Kernel, VP of Engineering at Wearetarr, and Director of Engineering at Deel, where notable achievements include scaling the engineering team from 30 to 350 within a year and facilitating rapid revenue growth. At YOOX NET-A-PORTER, Paul was responsible for technology delivery for a major e-commerce platform. Other past experiences include co-founding Shoreditch, leading a software development agency, and working within digital agencies. Paul’s educational background includes studies at Saint Olaves Grammar School.
