Helen Danz

Helen Danz is a Senior Expressive Art Therapist at Raw Art Works. With a Master's Degree in Art Therapy, Helen has a diverse background in working with youth and families, utilizing art therapy to engage and support individuals with various mental health diagnoses. As an Equity Committee Co-Chair, Helen actively assesses organizational challenges and works to provide written communications in Spanish to families. Prior experience includes providing art therapy, play therapy, and family therapy for youth with developmental disabilities at Hillside Family of Agencies, leading recreation activities and exercise classes at Heather Heights Of Pittsford, and piloting bereavement programs and art interventions at UR Medicine Home Care and Nazareth College.
