David Drewek

David Drewek currently serves as the Vice President of Operations at Refresh Mental Health, where responsibilities include leading an operational and clinical team within the behavioral healthcare sector, focusing on strategic development, clinical excellence, and resource management across over 1000 employees and 25 behavioral health centers nationwide. Prior to this role, David held the position of Executive Director at Sherman Counseling, successfully expanding the organization from three to ten locations in central Wisconsin. Additionally, David's earlier experience at Rogers Memorial Hospital involved multiple roles, including Director of Operations and Intake Coordinator.
