Darysa Bello-Amador is an Associate in their Hackensack office and practices in their Firm’s premises liability, commercial motor vehicle and their construction group.
Ms. Bello-Amador is an experienced litigator who represents clients in civil lawsuits throughout New Jersey in both State and Federal Courts. She manages all phases of litigation from pre-pleadings investigation, pleadings, discovery, pre-trial, trial, settlements, appeals, mediations, and arbitrations.
Ms. Bello-Amador held several internships while in law school including for the Puerto Rico Department of Labor and Human Resources, the Superior Court of Puerto Rico and the Puerto Rico Department of Consumer of Affairs. Before graduation, she took a position with the Puerto Rico Legal Services. She also served as a law clerk for the Honorable John R. Rauh in New Jersey Superior Court of New Jersey. Ms. Bello-Amador served as the Assistant Deputy Public Defender in the Office of the Public Defender in Paterson, NJ.
Ms. Bello-Amador is fluent in Spanish and wrote an article titled “Contratos y Acuerdo Cibernéticos con Menores” or “Contracts and Cyber Agreements with Minors” for the Journal of Puerto Rico Law.
Ms. Bello-Amador is a member of the National Hispanic Bar Association and the New Jersey Hispanic Bar Association. She previously served on the editor’s committee for the Puerto Rico Law Review.
