David J. Samlin is an associate in the Firm’s Philadelphia office. He concentrates his law practice on general litigation, environmental torts, product liability, premises liability, and construction. Mr. Samlin has represented clients in the defense of environmental matters including underground storage tank (UST) cases, groundwater contamination cases, and claim eligibility determinations.
Mr. Samlin earned his J.D. from the Villanova University School of Law in 2009, and served as the Editor-in-Chief of Volume XX of the Villanova Environmental Law Journal. He was also published in Volume XIX, Issue 2 of the Journal. Mr. Samlin earned a B.A. from the University of Michigan in 2006, majoring in Classical Civilizations and Political Science.
Mr. Samlin served as a member of the Delaware Valley Environmental American Inn of Court from 2009 to 2014. As a member of the Inn, Mr. Samlin regularly attended and participated in presentations on emerging environmental issues.
Mr. Samlin is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He has also been admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
