Becky O'Hara

Becky O'Hara is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in product development and research within the sporting goods industry. Currently serving as the Director of Research and Development at Rawlings Sporting Goods since August 2006, Becky has held various roles including Senior Manager of Product Development, Senior Engineering Manager, Engineering Manager for Asia, and Category Manager for Bats. Prior to this, Becky worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at the UMass Lowell Baseball Research Center from 2004 to 2006. Academically, Becky holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from McGill University.
