Brad Hermann, MBA has extensive experience in sales operations, customer experience and sales analytics, and sales planning. Brad has worked for various companies including Rawlings Sporting Goods, Kohl's Department Stores, Sports Authority, Macy's, and May Department Stores. Brad has held positions such as Vice President of Sales Operations, Senior Director of Customer Experience and Sales Analytics, Director of Sales Planning, Planner for Personal and Floor Care, Planner for Fashion Bedding, Senior Buyer for Men's Outdoor Apparel and Accessories, Group Manager for Planning, Allocation, and Replenishment in both the Baseball and Licensed Products departments, and Buyer for Fine & Casual China.
