Katie Brown

Katie Brown currently serves as a Talent Acquisition & HR Business Partner at Rawlings Sporting Goods since March 2023. Prior to this role, Katie held various positions at McCormack Baron Companies, including Talent Manager and Talent Specialist, from April 2018 to March 2023. Katie's experience also includes a tenure at Kforce Inc, where responsibilities ranged from Talent Sr. Manager to Customer Liaison between September 2013 and April 2018. Earlier work includes a role as Sales Manager and Executive Development Program Trainee at Macy's from August 2012 to September 2013, and a marketing/communications and PR internship at The ALS Association in the summer of 2011. Katie earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2012 and attended Griffith College Dublin in 2010.
