Neil Shapiro

Neil Shapiro possesses extensive expertise in compliance within the sporting goods industry, currently serving as the Director of Global Compliance at Rawlings Sporting Goods since August 2005. In this role, Neil oversees customs compliance, product compliance with state and federal regulations such as CPSC/CPSIA, and corporate social responsibility initiatives. Previously, Neil held the position of Compliance Manager at Rawlings, responsible for similar compliance efforts. Neil's career began at BFGoodrich and continued at Michelin Aircraft Tire Corp. as a Quality Assurance Lab Supervisor, before transitioning to Wilson Sporting Goods as a Manufacturing Engineer and later as Manager of Quality & Materials Engineering. Neil earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Carnegie Mellon University in 1984.
