Archana Chande

Archana Chande has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Archana started their career at Godrej Sara Lee Limited in 2001 as an MIS Sr. Executive, where they were responsible for collecting and analyzing sales data to support business management decisions. In 2006, they joined Cisco Systems as a Presales service support consultant, providing pricing and service quotations to internal and external stakeholders. At IBM, where they worked from 2010 to 2016, Archana served as a Business Associate, leading organizational review and approval mechanisms and assisting with RFQ/RFP handling. Most recently, they joined RAY · ALLEN, Inc. in 2017 as a Cisco Asset Manager, being the SPOC for Cisco Installed Base Data activities and driving delivery improvements. Archana later took on the role of Team Lead - Asset Management, representing the team, and being a knowledge leader. Currently, Archana holds the position of OEM Renewal Sales Specialist, responsible for achieving customer satisfaction and long-term account goals in the APAC Region.

Archana Chande completed their 10th grade at St. Charles High School. In terms of higher education, they obtained a PGDIT (Post Graduate Diploma in Information Technology) from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning in 2009. Archana also received certifications in Visual Basic & Oracle from Compusoft Institute in 2000.
