Mario Lobo

Mario Lobo is the Managing Partner at Ray & Berndtson, an esteemed Executive Search firm, where Mario has been since February 1995, leading efforts to provide leadership talent to companies in various industry segments. Additionally, Mario serves as Chairman of Personnel Search Services Group, India's first professionally run Executive Search firm since June 1981, and previously held the position of Chairman at Quikchex and Lobo Staffing Solutions Private Limited. Mario Lobo holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a BA from the University of Rajasthan, along with foundational education from St. Xavier's School in Jaipur.
