David Leigh

David Leigh is a shareholder at Ray Quinney & Nebeker, specializing in bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, and commercial litigation since February 2011. With extensive experience representing a diverse range of parties in all chapters of commercial and consumer insolvency, as well as state and federal receivership cases, David Leigh has also handled various commercial litigation matters including collection litigation and contract disputes. Prior to this role, David Leigh served as an associate at Snell & Wilmer and gained early legal experience as a law clerk at Watkinson, Laird, Rubenstein, Lashway & Baldwin, Park City Attorney's Office, and the United States District Court under Honorable Dale A. Kimball. David Leigh earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Oregon School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Brigham Young University.
