Kartik Palaraman

Kartik Palaraman is an experienced aviation professional with a diverse background in piloting and safety management. Currently serving as Chief Pilot Technical & Development at Raya Airways since October 2020, Kartik previously held the position of Senior First Officer for A320/A330 at Hong Kong Airlines from June 2017 to October 2020. Kartik's extensive career at Raya Airways includes roles as Manager of Safety/Quality Management System, Incident/Accident Investigator, and Aviation Internal Auditor from September 2013 to May 2017. Prior to this, Kartik worked at Transmile Air Services Sdn Bhd as a Senior First Officer and Safety and Security Executive from September 2008 to August 2013, beginning as a Cadet Pilot. Kartik's early career included an executive role in the Human Resource Division at Standard Chartered Bank. Educationally, Kartik completed secondary education at SMK Hillcrest High School and received training from IATA.
