Merna Ibrahim

Merna Ibrahim is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational development and marketing. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of People Capabilities at Raya Holding for Financial Investments, Merna has held various roles including Resourcing & Organization Development Manager and Organization Development Section Head. Prior to this, Merna worked as a Marketing Specialist at Harley-Davidson Egypt and gained experience as a Brand Executive at Matter Branding. Additionally, early career experiences include a Summer Marketing Intern position at Microsoft and an HR Trainee role at Wared Logistics. Merna holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from The American University in Cairo, having graduated in 2015.
