Prior experience includes serving as CEO of Synvertec LTD. from August 2014 to November 2021, where the development of the Synchronverter algorithm contributed to grid stabilization. Ronny's career also encompasses roles as a Senior Electronic Engineer at Watts and More Ltd. and as a Power Supplies Engineer at ECI Telecom, with foundational experience as an Electro-Optics Engineer at Soreq Nuclear Research Center.
