Ganesh Bhoye

Ganesh Bhoye has worked as an Assistant Manager at Raychem RPG (P) Ltd. since December 2018. In this role, they are responsible for engaging in systematic innovation to develop new concepts and designs that enhance design functions, optimize performance, and address failure modes effectively. Ganesh also utilizes FEA/CFD analysis to assess the performance of concepts and identify potential failure points using critical failure criteria. Additionally, they are responsible for validating concepts through product type testing.

Prior to their role at Raychem RPG (P) Ltd., Ganesh served as a Project Intern at Sharda Motor Industries Ltd from July 2015 to June 2016.

Ganesh Bhoye completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from K.K.Wagh Institute of Engineering Education & Research from 2011 to 2016. Ganesh then pursued a Master of Technology (MTech) in Mechanical Engineering at Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute (VJTI) from 2016 to 2018.
