Shreya Padture is an experienced professional in the field of Learning and Development, currently serving as Deputy Manager - L&OD and Digital at Raychem RPG (P) Ltd. since June 2021. Prior to this role, Shreya held the position of Assistant Manager - Learning & Development at Future Supply Chain Solutions Limited and contributed as a Learning and Leadership Development Specialist at CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited. Shreya's career commenced at Aditya Birla Group as a Learning Specialist in the Group Learning & Development COE and included experience as a Consulting Intern focused on developing a Learning Excellence Model. Shreya's early career included an HR internship at Prudential Assurance, managing recruitment processes. Shreya holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Telecommunications from the University of Mumbai and an MBA in Human Resources Development from Sheila Raheja School of Business Management and Research.
