Grantas Alenčikas

Grantas Alenčikas has been employed in the technology industry since 2017. Grantas began their career as a Customer Service Representative for DXC Technology in 2017. In 2018, they worked as a Guest Service Representative for HARRAH'S ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED, assisting VIP clients and taking guest calls for additional services. In 2019, they worked for Revel Systems as an IT Support Specialist, helping customers with hardware configuration, networking, reporting and payment processing issues. Later that same year, they began working at Bazaarvoice as a Team Lead, Technical Success and Technical Success Manager. Most recently, they are a Manager of Support at Raydiant - Experience Platform.

Grantas Alenčikas obtained a Bachelor's degree in Creativity and Business Innovations from Vilniaus Kolegija/University of Applied Sciences from 2016 to 2019. Grantas also obtained a Joint Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Estonian Entrepreneurship University of Applied Sciences / Mainor from 2018 to 2019. Additionally, they obtained a Joint Bachelor's Degree from Instituto Superior de Contabilidade e Administração do Porto from 2017 to 2018.
