John Waechter

John Waechter has over 15 years of professional experience in the hospitality and human resources industries. John began their career in 2005 as a Sports, Entertainment and Activities Manager at Pacific Islands Club Saipan. In 2009, they participated in the Culinary and F&B M.I.T. program at Rezidor SAS Hospitality. John then went on to work as a Front Office Manager at the Clevelander Hotel and Essex House Hotels in 2010 and at the Fisher Island Club in 2012. In 2013, they became a Front Office Manager at The Iroquois New York Hotel. In 2016, they held the role of Office Operations, EA to the CTO and Recruiting Coordination Support at Vevo. In 2017, they worked as an HR Consultant/People Operations Manager at Sunrise HR. In 2018, they were a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at 3Degrees Group, Inc. and currently they are a Senior Talent Manager at Raydiant - Experience Platform.

John Waechter attended Vatel International Business School from 2009 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management.
