Chief Product Officer at Raydiant - Experience Platform

Robbie Knutson-Ratto is the current Chief Product Officer at Raydiant - Experience Platform. Prior to this, they served as the SVP Product at Appetize from September 2019 to December 2021. Appetize was acquired by SpotOn in September 2021 for $415 million. At Appetize, Robbie was responsible for product strategy and execution across all products, including POS, Kiosk, Online Ordering/Mobile, KDS, and APIs. Robbie also led the product, solutions architecture, and design teams.

Before joining Appetize, Robbie served as the Global VP Product/GM - Business Adjacent Products at Xero from July 2017 to October 2019. In this role, they were responsible for growing and scaling the business through new product development and expansion into new markets.

Prior to Xero, Robbie served as the Head of Product at Lavu Inc. from August 2016 to July 2017. In this role, they oversaw all product management functions and led the product team in developing and launching new products.

Before Lavu, Robbie served as the Vice President of Product Management at Revel Systems iPad POS from April 2015 to February 2016. In this role, they were responsible for leading the product management team and setting the product strategy for the company.

Robbie began their career in product management at SugarCRM in September 2010, where they served as the Director of Product Management until June 2011.

Robbie Knutson-Ratto completed a BS in Business Administration with a focus in Finance from San Francisco State University. Robbie then went on to earn their degree in Architecture and Business Administration from the University of Colorado Boulder.

They are on a team with Mak Tadavani - SVP, Operations, Joe Hsy - Chief Technology Officer, and Morgan Chaney - VP, Marketing. Robbie Knutson-Ratto reports to Bobby Marhamat, Chief Executive Officer.
