Laura Kemp

Laura Kemp is a seasoned professional with twenty-five years of experience in medical device clinical and regulatory affairs. Currently serving as Principal Consultant at Kemp Clinical Consulting Co. LLC since April 2007, Laura provides expertise to small medical device startups in establishing clinical research and training programs. In addition, Laura holds the position of Vice President of Clinical Affairs at Raydiant Oximetry, Inc. and previously held senior roles at Halt Medical Inc., American Medical Systems, Ovion, Inc., Ntero, and InnerDyne, Inc., where responsibilities included building clinical organizations, overseeing pre- and post-market trials, and managing clinical research teams. Laura earned a Master of Arts in Health Science and Health Care Administration, as well as a Bachelor of Science with Great Distinction in Health Science from California State University - San Jose.
