Parisa Farzam

Parisa Farzam, Ph.D., serves as the Global Director of AI in Medical Imaging Product at Bayer, where Parisa leads the strategic vision and development of AI-driven medical imaging solutions. Farzam's expertise in AI in Radiology is further demonstrated through their role as an Editorial Board Member for Nature Research and as a mentor at MIT Hacking Medicine, where Parisa connects healthcare innovators. In addition, Farzam provides technical advisement for Raydiant Oximetry, focusing on fetal monitoring technology, and previously worked as Lead Scientist at IBM’s Watson Health. Farzam has a strong academic background with multiple degrees in Photonics and Medical Optics and extensive research experience across various institutions.
