Vladimir Alejandro Diaz Romero has extensive experience in project management and client experience in the healthcare sector. Since September 2012, Vladimir has been serving as the Zonal Manager of Customer Experience and IT Project Manager at Rayen Salud, overseeing the implementation and management of IT projects in Northern Chile, particularly in collaboration with public health networks such as Servicio de Salud Iquique. Previously, from May 2010 to June 2012, Vladimir worked as the Head of the SIDRA Project, implementing clinical and administrative information systems in 25 public health facilities in the Atacama Region.
