Laura Acklandiene has a diverse range of work experience spanning various roles and industries.

Starting in 2013, Laura joined Planet Innovation as a Crowdfunding Consultant, successfully raising over $90k for a smart home thermostat.

In 2014, Laura began working at Equiem in roles such as Retail Business Development Manager, National Retail & Partnerships Manager, and later as Head of Business Development - Global Expansion. During their time at Equiem, Laura focused on expanding the company's business, managing strategic clients, and developing new partnerships.

From 2015 to 2016, Laura co-founded and worked as Co-Founder of Exec Tips, an app designed to help users learn from successful business leaders. Laura also co-founded and marketed Vic Wind App, an app providing wind and weather forecasts for outdoor enthusiasts.

In 2016, Laura joined Startup Grind as a Partnerships Manager, where they played a key role in nurturing startup ecosystems and hosting monthly events featuring successful founders and innovators.

In 2017, Laura joined the Future Directions Committee of the Property Council of Australia, focusing on developing networking and professional development opportunities for young property professionals.

From 2019 to 2020, Laura worked at Equiem as GM Business Development and Strategic Partnerships APAC and later as Head of Growth at Pattr (formerly Proxima & Iris). In these roles, they played a critical part in driving growth, managing key clients and partnerships, and leading marketing and sales strategies.

Most recently, in 2023, Laura joined RayGen, where they are involved in business development.

Laura Acklandiene attended Vilnius University from 2005 to 2009, where they completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics.
