Heather Wolfe Schaul

Heather Wolfe Schaul has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Heather began their career in 1998 as a Teacher at Wharton High School, where they provided practical education to high school students and managed the activities and budgets of the Student Government. From 2004 to 2014, they worked at Raymond James Financial Services, Inc., first as a Learning Specialist III, where they provided education on technology tools and facilitated workshops, and later as a Program Administrator, creating and managing educational programs for branch professionals. Starting in 2016, they joined Raymond James as a Manager, first in Technology Education and then in Private Client Educational Programs. Their responsibilities included developing and delivering training programs. Currently, they hold the role of Assistant Division Director at Raymond James Financial, where they oversee the Financial Institutions Division North. Overall, Heather Wolfe Schaul has a background in education, adult learning, program management, and technology education.

Heather Wolfe Schaul has a diverse education history. Heather obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Family and Consumer Sciences Education from Florida State University between the years 1994 and 1998. Following this, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources Development at Webster Vienna Private University from 2001 to 2003. Heather then continued their education at Webster University in Sarasota, where they completed their second Master of Arts degree in Human Resources Management from 2003 to 2004. In addition to their academic achievements, they obtained a certification in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021.
