Brandon Gardner

Brandon Gardner has extensive experience in human resources leadership across various industries, currently serving as Group Chief People Officer at Raymond James Wealth Management since January 2021, following a role as Head of Human Resources for Global Equities & Investment Banking in Europe. Previously, Brandon took a career break after leading HR for Global Infrastructure & the UK region at DWS Group from May 2017 to August 2019. Prior to that, a long tenure at Deutsche Bank from September 2000 to April 2017 included multiple senior HR roles, culminating as Chief Human Resources Officer. Earlier experience includes HR positions at Shell and service as a Lieutenant in the Royal Navy. Brandon holds a Master of Arts degree from the University of St Andrews and attended Cranleigh School as well as Britannia Royal Naval College.
